Directions for use:

Take 3 capsule of pH Plus 2-3 times a daily on an empty stomach. 

Take 3 capsules first thing in the morning and 3 capsules a few hours before bedtime with one full glass (8 oz) of water (not soda). 

If your pH is extremely acidic (5.5 or lower), you may need more than the suggested use.
